Brazilian Jiu Jitsu near Cronulla

Cronulla is best known for its beaches and for being the end of the Cronulla line, and RISEN Jiu Jitsu is in Miranda, a short trip back up the line or along the road. We are a welcoming Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy for kids, teens and adults, and our free trial class is designed for people who have never stepped on a mat.

Getting to RISEN from Cronulla

Cronulla is the last stop on the Cronulla line, and Miranda is three stops back towards Sutherland: Woolooware, Caringbah and then Miranda. By car, the trip from the Cronulla town centre to Miranda is a short drive inside the Shire. Our academy is at Unit 2, First Floor, 205 Port Hacking Rd, Miranda NSW 2228.

Classes for Cronulla families

Cronulla families can enrol little ones in Mini (ages 3-4) or Kids (ages 5-8), teenagers in Youth (ages 9-15), and adults in our Gi and No-Gi classes. Jiu Jitsu builds strength, flexibility and calm under pressure, which suits people who already surf, swim or play club sport. Women are welcome in all adult classes, practical self defence is part of the training, and a dedicated women's class is coming soon.
