Getting to RISEN from Sylvania Waters

Port Hacking Road runs through Sylvania Waters and on into Miranda, where you will find us at Unit 2, First Floor, 205 Port Hacking Rd, Miranda NSW 2228. Because Sylvania Waters and Miranda are neighbours, the trip is short.

Classes for Sylvania Waters families

Kids and teens train in their own age groups: Mini (ages 3-4), Kids (ages 5-8) and Youth (ages 9-15). Adults train Gi and No-Gi. If your family already spends weekends at the Sylvania Waters sports grounds, Jiu Jitsu is a great addition that builds fitness, coordination and confidence, and no previous experience or uniform is needed for your first class. Women from Sylvania Waters are welcome in all adult classes, our training includes practical self defence, and a dedicated women's class is coming soon.
