Brazilian Jiu Jitsu near Taren Point

If you live in Taren Point, or in nearby Caringbah and Sylvania Waters, RISEN Jiu Jitsu is a short drive away in Miranda. We are a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in the Sutherland Shire with classes for kids, teens and adults, and a friendly first class for people who have never trained before.

From Taren Point, head towards Miranda and you will find us on Port Hacking Road, at Unit 2, First Floor, 205 Port Hacking Rd, Miranda NSW 2228. Caringbah and Sylvania Waters, Taren Point's neighbours, are close to Miranda too.

Classes for Taren Point families

Families who already play local sport, such as touch football at Gwawley Oval, will find Jiu Jitsu a great complement that builds fitness, coordination and confidence. Mini (ages 3-4), Kids (ages 5-8) and Youth (ages 9-15) train in their own age groups, and adults train Gi and No-Gi. No previous experience or uniform is needed for your first class. Women from Taren Point are welcome in all adult classes, our training includes practical self defence, and a dedicated women's class is coming soon.
