THE YOUTH EXPERIENCE

MORE THAN TECHNIQUE. A FOUNDATION FOR GROWTH.

Students learn effective Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques while developing movement, timing and problem-solving skills through drills, partner work and age-appropriate training.

WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL DEVELOP

SKILLS THAT GROW WITH THEM.

Through progressive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, students develop technical, physical and personal skills that help them become more capable, confident and independent on the mats.

01 — TECHNICAL SKILL

Students build a stronger understanding of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu positions, movements and techniques, learning how to connect them and apply them effectively during training.

02 — CONFIDENCE

Progress comes through learning, practising and overcoming challenges — helping students trust their abilities and approach new situations with greater confidence.

Structured training encourages students to listen, stay engaged and take responsibility for their own learning and progress.

03 — FOCUS & DISCIPLINE

04 — PROBLEM-SOLVING

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches students to think under pressure, adapt to different situations and make decisions while applying their skills during training.

What to expect

STRUCTURED TRAINING. REAL PROGRESS.

Youth classes combine Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique, movement, drills and partner work in a structured environment designed for students aged 9–15.

Students develop their understanding of positions and techniques, practise applying what they learn with training partners and gradually build the skills and confidence to take part in more dynamic training as they progress.

Classes are structured to challenge students at an appropriate level, allowing beginners to build strong foundations while more experienced students continue developing their technique and understanding of Jiu Jitsu.
